Noosa Health and Massage offers a range of Personal Training and alternatives. Our goal is to help you achieve and maintain your personal fitness objectives and physical activities. We design programs based on your current level of fitness and desired objectives. All personal training sessions are specifically tailored to meet your personal fitness level and goals. Importantly, your program will be based on exercise and lifestyle changes that are realistic and sustainable.

Personal training can help improve / assist with:

  • Fitness levels and stamina / strength

  • Flexibility and range of movement

  • Balance and co-ordination

  • Sport specific / exercise events or goals

 Personal training sessions are available as:

  • One on One - Online Personalised Training Program and Support

  • One on One - Online Personalised Training Program and Support (Sports / Exercise specific)

  • One on One - Online Personal Training sessions (Via zoom)

Prior to commencing any form of Personal Training sessions all clients are required to have a consultation to discuss personal health and desired fitness outcomes. A medical clearance may be required before training can commence.
